Photography as a tool to attract your target clientele and to build brand loyalty

We live in a highly visual world these days. It is more important than ever to be sure that you incorporate amazing images with strong visual impact to represent your company & your brand.

There are many ways that you can use professional photographs to not only attract your target clientele, but to also keep current & potential customers engaged with your brand as well as drive business & increase revenue.

Though often overlooked, photography is one of the most critical components of your professional branding online and in print. With the popularity of Pinterest as well, having great professional images on your site & blog can bring even more traffic to your site and boost your brand awareness as well.  Each image that is pinned on Pinterest provides a direct link back to your website or blog.

I have had the amazing opportunity to photograph for many different corporate, industrial editorial & advertising clients. I alway work together with my clients to ensure that we are capturing images that tell the story of their brand & company. For this post, I will share some images that I photographed for a Developer, for Cravings Fine Food and Action Tire.

Here are some samples of some recent images that I photographed for a developer. This developer has a very high end brand & was targeting their marketing towards an affluent clientele that appreciates high quality, attention to detail & has an affinity to the good life. The art direction for the shoot was to capture images that were very stylized and not too main stream for the brand. The client wanted my fine art approach & visual style to be very prominent in each image.The images should be vibrant & sexy with cool colour tones. Lighting should be “happy & smiling”. I was hired by this developer for this job because they loved my fine art photographs from my collection “Inspired Kitchen” that are available as prints in my online store.

Great photography of your company, products and services can mean the difference between a sale and a missed opportunity. Great photography will attract your target clientele and build brand loyalty & increase revenue. If you own a restaurant, you can use the power of photography to attract people to dine in your establishment. I don’t know about you, but when I see an amazing photograph of food…it always makes me hungry & I want to find out where I can eat this fabulous creation. You can also use creative photographs of your space to capture the feeling, the ambience of your restaurant, cafe or eatery. Dining out is not only about the food, it is also about the experience…this includes the décor, the music, the people, the lighting. Why not capture all of this with very stylized images that make the viewer feel what it is like to dine in your establishment. Entice & engage your target clientele with the power of great images that represent your brand and all that you offer. Use these photographs online & in print. Use them in your social media, market your company with the power of great images to draw people in.

I have worked with Angela Pidutti, owner of Cravings Fine Food Market, several times over the years. Angela is an amazing woman & Cravings is one the best catering companies in the region. Cravings is a high end brand and Angela has developed a very loyal clientele by offering exceptional quality of food & outstanding customer service. Their food is delicious, fresh & gourmet. The Fine Food Market is urban, hip & fresh. These most recent photographs capture the feeling of Cravings Fine Food Market as well showcase the fabulous food they create. I love the vibrant use of colour to truly project that fresh, gourmet & urban chic feel of the Cravings brand.

The next set of photographs are from an industrial shoot that I worked on with MHConnect for Action Tire. For this shoot, the creative team from MH Connect was looking for modern lifestyle images that were clean and had an artistic feel to them. The images needed to capture the real personality of the people who work there and also portray the quality of the brand. It was very important that the images reflect the company’s philosophy which is “taking care of all customers by treating them with honesty and integrity”. Action Tire is well known for their commitment to excellence & is recognized as Central Ontario’s authority in tires.
